What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by noon. Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability: just ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you offer a shuttle from Nsimalen airport?
Yes. Send us your flight number on WhatsApp and a driver will meet you at arrivals with a Mballa sign.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, cheque (companies) and cash. Invoicing is in FCFA.
Is Wi-Fi free? Is there power during outages?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free in rooms and common areas, and a backup generator takes over during power cuts.
Is there parking?
Yes, free private parking under CCTV, guarded at night.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
No. We focus on peace and quiet, comfortable rooms and our restaurant. If you would like a swim, the front desk will point you to pools open to the public nearby.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children are welcome; the Suite sleeps up to 3. For pets, please contact us before booking.
Can you issue an invoice in my company's name?
Yes, give us the company name when booking. Companies can also get our corporate rate and a monthly invoice.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival on flexible-rate direct bookings.
