Terms to be approved by hotel management before launch.

Booking

Bookings are confirmed by e-mail or WhatsApp after availability has been checked. Prices are in FCFA, tourist tax included; display in euros or dollars is indicative.

Check-in and check-out

Rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. ID is required at check-in.

Payment

Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Visa or Mastercard, bank transfer, cheque (companies and seminars) or cash. The "pay on arrival" option may require a guarantee.

Cancellation

Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date. After that, or in case of no-show, the first night is charged. Promotional offers may have specific conditions, stated at the time of booking.

Seminars

Seminar services are subject to a written quote specifying deposit and cancellation terms.
