Privacy policy

Mballa Dreams Hotel complies with Cameroonian law on the protection of personal data and, for guests residing in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

Name, e-mail, phone, stay dates, preferences and messages you send us through the forms (contact, booking, quote, table, newsletter) or WhatsApp.

Requests sent via WhatsApp

The booking, table, quote and contact forms prepare a message that you send yourself from WhatsApp (a Meta Platforms service). So that no request is lost, a copy is e-mailed to the front desk when you open WhatsApp.

Purposes

• Handling your requests and bookings, issuing invoices.
• Sending you useful information before and after your stay.
• Sending the newsletter if you subscribed (one-click unsubscribe).
• Measuring site audience, only with your consent.

Retention

Requests not followed by a stay: 12 months. Guest data: 3 years after the last stay, except for accounting and tax obligations. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Recipients

Authorised hotel staff and its technical providers (LWS hosting, WhatsApp, payment platform, e-mailing tool), bound by confidentiality. Your data is never sold.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data by writing to reception@mballadreamshotel.com.
